Tim was so knowledgeable about my units! I wish they offer a class in the store when selling the unit to you, so everyone knows how to treat their units. I now know important it is to not use too much soap, the level to fill my washer to, and not to use self-clean on my oven. So glad I had my repairs done by this company. You get so much more!
